Getting a printed receipt was a hassle, with no guarantee of follow-up!!! The lift key malfunctioned right before check-out, causing unexpected embarrassment!!! Housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving the trash uncollected and cleaning done too late!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet—everything from a full English to fresh fruit was available. The location was perfect, right in the city center, and made exploring easy.
