This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to theatres, Birmingham's nightlife, and The Arena for events. You're also right next to a lovely little pub. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely bathroom. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a variety of options available. We also appreciated the 24/7 complimentary coffee and hot chocolate.

The soundproofing could be improved as we could hear noise coming from the corridor.
