Stayed with my squad at and had a blast soaking up the fun vibes. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and cool games room for epic challenges after our adventures at Haydock Park and the vibrant city scene. Cons: More upbeat music in common areas would have upped the party mood for us young night owls.

we initially booked ibis styles and got relocated to mercure, both lovely. our room was comfortable, newly decorated with a horse racing theme, and had a walk-in wet room/bathroom. tea, coffee, and toiletries provided. friendly staff, great atmosphere in the restaurant. good value for money. cons: nothing bad to say. 👍.

The room at Ibis Styles Haydock had a nice contemporary design with a comfy double bed and a sofa bed, making it a cozy place to relax after a day out.

The breakfast options were below average, with unappetizing sausages and fatty bacon. Pros: the staff at Mercure Haydock were welcoming and the rooms were comfortable, providing a peaceful stay amidst lovely surroundings.

The location was super convenient for my plans, close to St Helens. the staff were really nice, and the bar stayed open until 10:45, which was a plus.

The room was a bit on the noisy side being by the main road and the heating was stuck on, making it uncomfortable. the check-in process was slow with a long queue and receptionists answering phones instead of helping guests, which was frustrating after a long drive.

Our room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Unfortunately, the breakfast lacked variety and the hash browns were too crispy. the noise from the road outside was a minor disturbance. Overall I'd suggest this hotel.

Omg, just stayed in the hotel near st helens & haydock race course. Loved the terrace view! ! breakfast served🥐. Rooms weren't the cleanest 😞. But the staff was amazing, couldn't fault them. Will def come back! .

While the road noise was a drawback, the hotel's proximity to landmarks like Carr Mill Dam and Hayes Park Racecourse allowed for enjoyable family outings.
