During my recent stay at Crystal Hotel & Savour, I was impressed by the spaciousness and well-equipped features of the room. The reception staff were pleasant and always ready to assist. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of small supermarkets within walking distance. Additionally, I enjoyed dining at the restaurant located at the back of the hotel.

Despite a few minor issues mentioned in the database reviews, I had a pleasant experience at Crystal Hotel & Savour and would recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel exceeded our expectations. With a bus stop right outside and a large entertainment complex nearby, it made exploring the city so convenient. The rooms had a charming old-fashioned appearance and included everything we needed, like a kettle and tea. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's fast access to bus stops and shops made getting around Cambridge a breeze.

The parking situation could be improved.

the hotel, located near the train station, was very convenient for exploring the city. the staff at the hotel were hardworking and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the rooms were warm, clean, and comfortable, with spotless en suite bathrooms. I had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds, as the hotel was quiet at night. the hotel also had ample parking and offered free Wi-Fi. I found this hotel to be excellent value for money and would definitely choose to stay here again.

There were no elevators in the hotel, which was quite inconvenient for us as we were on a romantic trip and had a lot of luggage. Climbing the stairs with all our bags was quite a hassle.
