The location of this B&B was superb, surrounded by lush green fields and offering beautiful views from the room windows. It was also conveniently close to Stratford-upon-Avon town, making it easily accessible by car or public transportation. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rustic look of the B&B added to its charm, and the rooms were clean and tidy.

The breakfast options and preparation left much to be desired. The pre-cooked breakfasts were overpriced and poorly prepared, with rubbery eggs and tough, lukewarm bacon.

This charming countryside bed and breakfast offers an ideal location just outside of a bustling town. Guests can enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting, with a pleasant walk along the nearby river. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with lovely views of the garden and fields. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The breakfast options are delicious, with a good variety of choices including a vegetarian option. Guests will surely leave feeling relaxed and satisfied.

Some guests with mobility constraints may find the lack of lift access to the rooms on the second floor problematic.

I absolutely loved the value for money at this B&B. The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing bathroom. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful countryside setting yet close enough to Warwick Castle and the charming town of Stratford-Upon-Avon. The staff, John and Sue, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have been improved for breakfast was more choices.
