The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even made us special masala chai every morning! The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms. The AC was a lifesaver in the hot weather. It was easy to find tuktuks right outside the hotel. Room service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel description said there was a gym on site, but there wasn't one. there was a function room on the lower floors that had events every evening.

The restaurant staff were accommodating and the food was tasty. It was close to the business center and the airport shuttle was convenient.

The receptionist was not helpful and made absurd requests. the accessible room had a poorly designed bathroom that made maneuvering difficult.
