The location of the hotel was perfect, with the French doors in the room leading to a beautiful beer garden where people were enjoying themselves. the hotel was very close to a lovely park, allowing for a relaxing stroll. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff provided excellent service and were genuinely polite. The breakfast served was delicious, and the restaurant was of high quality.

The food portions could have been more generous, as one guest mentioned receiving only a small amount of meat in the steak pie.

We got great value for our money at The Bell! The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and had a real fireplace. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful town park, and the staff treated us like family.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for my bank holiday weekend getaway, as I wanted to explore the surrounding area and go cycling and hiking. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. The sitting area was a nice touch, and I loved being able to relax in the garden furniture while enjoying the beautiful weather. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room.

This hotel could have provided slightly better customer service by cleaning the mold from the bathroom areas and the shower areas and being more courteous in waiting our table properly and asking about our stay. However, apart from one member of staff, the service was excellent.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a national trust site just across the road from the Red Kite Pavilion where we were attending an event. The hotel itself is charming, with a little lounge area that leads to an outside area where people were sitting. Our room was lovely, with plush linens and a completely new and spotless bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were delicious.

Spent new year at this countryside hotel and had a great time! the staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. the location was perfect for us since it was close to scenic walks and outdoor activities. We also loved the complimentary buffet breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we even had a view of the countryside from the window.

There were a couple of downsides. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
