We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Toby Carvery. The customer service was excellent, with nothing being too much trouble for the staff. The free on-site parking was a bonus, and they even allowed us to leave our car after check-out, accommodating our needs during a difficult time. The provision of cutlery and plates when we brought in a takeaway was a brilliant touch. The breakfast had improved significantly since our last visit, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean, comfortable, and had spotless bathrooms. The hotel also had good transport links, making it convenient for travel. we were impressed and would recommend this hotel.

the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and well worth it for the basic amenities provided. The rooms were in superb condition, with very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The location opposite the railway station was ideal for transport to London and made it convenient for us to visit the city. Additionally, the breakfast at 7.45am was a great start to our day, with plenty of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians at reasonable prices.

I recently stayed at Toby Carvery Beckenham for a weekend event at Club Langley. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance. The hotel had great parking facilities, which is rare in south London. The room was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The fast Wi-fi and big desk made it ideal for getting some work done. The Toby Carvery connected to the hotel offered a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price.

The location was extremely convenient, right next to a train station and a bus stop right in front of the inn. The continental breakfast included in the rate was sufficient for our needs and there was an option for a bigger breakfast at a reasonable price. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs.

The WiFi was not on the hotel network and we had to sign up for a public service, which was problematic with a non-UK phone. The connection was also not consistent which made it difficult to use at times.
