The location of Toby Carvery Edinburgh West was fantastic. With a bus stop right outside, it was incredibly easy to explore the city. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a mini supermarket nearby. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the free WiFi worked well. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located in a run-down area, making it near to the airport. The next bus stop is close, allowing easy access to the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent, offering a good variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate special requests like making porridge not on the menu.

The heating in the rooms is outdated and can make the air too dry or stuffy.

Spacious rooms, excellent car park, convenient bus connections nearby. Friendly staff, especially Annie who provided great customer service. Recently refurbished, modern and clean with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the dog-friendly lounge bar. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was constantly replenished. Can't wait to book again.

I had a fantastic stay at Toby Carvery Edinburgh West By Innkeeper's Lodge. The room size was perfect for my needs and I loved the attached carvery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. a great experience!

Our rooms were spotless and very clean, with beds made each morning and fresh towels provided. The shower was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sharon. The buffet breakfast was brilliant, with a wide selection to choose from. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and several shops, eateries, and the zoo within walking distance.

Helpful fair-haired girl with glasses provided continental breakfast when we arrived late. Young chap in charge of the restaurant was very kind. Spacious and spotless room. Mirror near plugs and hairdryer would be helpful. Great value, fab carvery, cozy atmosphere.

Great stay! the people were welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the dinner we had in venue, too. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, which made it very convenient to move around. We also found a car park nearby, which was a nice bonus.

Our room was a bit noisy, and we had a hard time getting to sleep. the window wouldn't close tightly, so there was a chill in the room, and overnight light from the hallway crept in.

Well-organized continental breakfast with cereal bars, porridge, toast, tea and coffee. Delicious food including different roasts, warm veggies, roasted potatoes with gravy. Vegan dishes superb, especially the Lentil Lasagne. Clean rooms, hot showers with good water pressure, comfortable beds. Convenient bus stop in front, easy access to Princess Street. Spacious parking area.

This hotel is perfect for families with children, as it's walking distance to the zoo and has great value for money family bus tickets available. The Toby Carvery restaurant has a great variety of food, and the continental breakfast included in the room rental is a great perk! The staff are friendly and provide all the basic amenities, including towels and toiletries, and the rooms are spacious with a great size bathroom equipped with disabled access.

All was completely fine and exceeded our expectations.
