The staff at this hotel were efficient and pleasant, providing excellent service. Anna, our waitress, deserves a special mention for her friendly and professional attitude. Additionally, the hotel offered a great deal on their menu, with a two, course meal priced at just £16. This was a fantastic offer and made dining at the hotel a great value for money. the location of the hotel was also convenient, situated in close proximity to key attractions in the area.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the low beam ceiling in our bedroom was a hazard for tall people.

I recently stayed at Innkeeper'S in Harrogate for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is charming and full of character. Despite the small bed, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely attentive and managed a small hiccup with the chef's absence very well. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast choices were excellent. The location is fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special by decorating our room. a great stay!

Our room at The Pine Marten was spacious and had a lovely period charm. The big shower in the ensuite bathroom was a great bonus. The bed was comfortable, and despite the lack of extra space on one side, we still had a restful night's sleep. The TV worked perfectly, and the strong wifi connection was a plus. We also enjoyed the restaurant's delicious food, especially the fixed price lunch options. The location, with RHS Hadlow Carr just opposite and plenty of free parking, was ideal. I would recommend this hotel for its character, amenities, and value for money.

The hotel is a lovely building with great interior design. It was very clean and well kept. We loved the fact that it was located in a quiet area, away from the main restaurant, where we could chat in perfect peace. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We also enjoyed the free breakfast provided.

Friendly and Accommodating Staff

During our stay at The Pine Marten, we experienced the most friendly and accommodating staff. As we arrived, the young lady who showed us to our room was polite and helpful. We also encountered a very cheerful and helpful waitress during our dining experience. Despite facing rude and sexist remarks from a group of guests, she handled the situation with grace and professionalism. We truly appreciate the kind and helpful demeanor of the staff at Innkeeper'S. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

During our city break, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the food was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed every meal we had. the hotel was also conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and well-trained, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!

The complimentary breakfast was fine, but the scrambled eggs and bacon on toast were absolutely to die for. Highly recommend the food here; it was cooked to perfection. Another advantage was the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to Harrogate's main attractions. Plus, the period property had lots of character with some contemporary fittings, making it a charming place to stay.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the lighting in the bathroom was not good for doing makeup, which was a small annoyance.

We had a quick check-in despite the hotel being busy with Sunday lunch trade. Our room, which was spacious and located at the front of the building, provided a good base for exploring the area. Although there was some traffic noise when the window was open, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking available and the staff, in general, were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel's restaurant and bar were wonderful, and we particularly enjoyed the special evening meal.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was truly impressed. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with a particularly friendly and helpful male manager. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made my stay incredibly comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and a well-equipped bathroom with free toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

Families will definitely enjoy staying at this hotel thanks to its spacious rooms and friendly staff.
