I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. I could easily walk to the central square and all the attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. I was impressed with the range of services they offered, from car hire and airport shuttle to laundry and dry cleaning. The room amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Everything is what i need and want.

We were initially assigned a room on the street side, which was quite noisy due to rowdy university graduates. But the hotel promptly moved us to an inside room where we could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at Casa Del Agua were incredibly considerate, accommodating all our requests and providing excellent dining recommendations. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space. The breakfast service was prompt and delicious, with fresh orange juice and plenty of complimentary bottled water provided. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The hotel provided bottled water throughout our stay and had good lighting and closet space in the rooms. The location was excellent for exploring the city, with key sights and attractions within easy reach. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly.

Our airport transfer was not handled as expected and caused us some anxiety. The manager had assured us of a known car service, but instead, an Uber driver arrived in a small car that barely fit our luggage.
