Efficient and friendly staff, quick resolution of heating issue, ideal location for Warner Bros studios, good atmosphere in bar and restaurant.

Felt more than at home, no reason to complain.

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location, being so close to the motorway. It was easy for us to access and didn't add any extra travel stress. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel is situated next to a wonderful park area with a river, which provided a beautiful setting for a leisurely family walk. On top of that, the hotel had a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant that turned out to be a very good choice.

The noise level in the room was a major downside. We were constantly disturbed by a loud extractor fan from the kitchen below, which sounded like a lorry engine running in our bedroom.

We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed. The location was also perfect, with easy access to central London. The best part was the beautiful historical bar area, with a cozy log fire and a separate dining area. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and tried some of the free-house ales. The large free car park was also a big advantage for us.

There were a couple of things we didn't like. the walls of the room were quite thin, so we could hear some noise from other rooms and the bar downstairs.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was recently renovated and had all the amenities I could ask for. The staff, all in their twenties, were exceptional and made my stay even more enjoyable. The pub/bar attached to the hotel was delightful, with good food options and a cozy atmosphere. The location, just off the M25, was perfect for business travelers like myself. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

The only downside I found during my stay was that their credit card machines were down when I checked in. However, the staff did their best to accommodate the situation.

Good location, comfortable room with good facilities, speedy service at dinner, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, well-decorated rooms.

Lovely quiet and friendly neighborhood. a 9/10 stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

During my Easter weekend stay, I appreciated the attentive staff and the tidy spacious room. The key location was great for visiting nearby attractions, and the parking was very convenient. the breakfast was satisfying and cooked to order.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The sheets felt dirty and itchy, and the noise level throughout the night was unbearable.

The breakfast at Innkeeper's was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection just like the waitress recommended. It was great value for money and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The cleanliness and comfort of the bedroom and bathroom were also top-notch. my stay at Innkeeper's was excellent and I would happily recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pub was well set out with a friendly and helpful staff. The individual rooms were clean and tidy with nice bathrooms. The location was convenient for the purpose of our trip, as we were visiting relatives nearby. Additionally, the hotel had a spacious room with a comfy bed, providing a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast buffet was adequate and good value for money. The hotel was also located in a great location for accessing the M25.
