From the moment we arrived, Caroline and Colin made us feel welcome. We had our own wing of the house, with stunning views. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Will definitely return.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with extra touches like a tea and coffee making facilities and a television. The location was perfect, nestled up a country lane but still only a short 10-minute walk to the stunning Instow beach. We loved being able to explore the area and take part in activities like cycling, canoeing, and fishing. The on-site restaurant was a delight, with a delicious breakfast that included homemade bread and pastries. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B called Instow Barton. The value for money was great, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have had a little more variety.

Stayed for two nights with my dogs. Hosts were extremely accommodating and pet-friendly. Beautiful house, tastefully furnished, and provided towels, bowls, and treats for the dogs. Amazing location with Instow beach and other stunning beaches nearby. Breakfast and afternoon tea were divine, and the dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. highly recommended.

we stayed at this charming b&b for a couple of nights in instow and it completely surpassed our expectations. from the warm welcome to the homemade cake and tea waiting in our room, everything was delightful. the breakfast, especially the homemade bread, was superb. highly recommend barton bed & breakfast!

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our New Year's celebrations. the food was exquisite with delicious, homemade choices for both breakfast and dinner. the location was unbeatable, situated in a peaceful area but just a short walk to the beach. What we loved most was how welcoming the staff were, even to our furry friend who was provided with his own treats and amenities.

The only negative point is that the room had limited mirrors placed away from the sockets. However, this didn't spoil the overall experience.
