We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with extra touches like a tea and coffee making facilities and a television. The location was perfect, nestled up a country lane but still only a short 10-minute walk to the stunning Instow beach. We loved being able to explore the area and take part in activities like cycling, canoeing, and fishing. The on-site restaurant was a delight, with a delicious breakfast that included homemade bread and pastries. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to come back again.

During our recent stay at Instow Barton, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts who made our visit a truly pleasant experience. As we were in the area for a funeral, their hospitality helped ease our pain and made us feel relaxed. Our whippets were also allowed to stay in our room, and we enjoyed taking them for walks on the nearby beach. The homemade food was exceptional, with special treats like cream teas and fresh milk provided. The comfortable bed, luxurious linens, and breathtaking views added to the charm of this peaceful location.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. the location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful fields, and it's just a short walk into Instow with its sandy beach and great pubs. the property itself is stunning, and our room was incredibly comfortable. the owners were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We indulged in the delicious homemade cakes and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with homemade bacon, bread, jams, and granola.

The luxury bolthole from the beach provided a quiet and out-of-the-way location near a charming old church. The spacious and well-appointed house had a comfortable and roomy bed, and the shower room was of excellent quality. I especially enjoyed the TV lounge downstairs, where I had a wide selection of DVDs to choose from. The hostess was bright and friendly, ensuring I had a pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The breakfast, in particular, exceeded my expectations and couldn't have been better. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be recommending this luxury retreat to others.

Although the bathroom had all the necessary amenities, it had a slightly institutional feel to it. the shower being over the bath made it difficult for those with limited mobility to access.
