We stayed at Intercontinental for one night to attend a concert at the O2. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the venue through a corridor. After the concert, we didn't have to struggle with crowds to get back to the hotel, as it was just a short walk away. Our room had a stunning view of the Thames and was well-appointed. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle to the underground station was a bonus.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The location is perfect for anyone attending events at the O2 arena. We walked over to a gig in minutes and returned with ease. The Brasserie is superb, offering a great variety on the menu. Our room was clean, well furnished with a comfy bed, and had a Nespresso machine. The staff were attentive and polite, even got us checked in early. The breakfast buffet was lovely with coffees to order.

We did find the prices of the food in the hotel to be quite expensive.

I gotta say, the value for money at Intercontinental was top-notch! The room was amazing, with a super comfortable bed and a huge bath that my daughter couldn't get enough of. The location right by the O2 arena was perfect for us, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely a fab hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The river view room was amazing, and the swimming pool and spa were a great addition. Afternoon tea at the hotel was delicious. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. Being near all the O2 restaurants and bars was very convenient.

The shuttle service to the tube station with luggage was amazing! The bed was very comfy and the spa facilities were great. The Clipper Bar had a really nice atmosphere and the drinks were lovely. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is luxurious, offering exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool and Live entertainment. The service is impeccable, with staff being attentive and helpful. The location is excellent, being a short walk from the venue. My room had exclusive advantages, offering a Sun terrace with Sun loungers, a Spa lounge, and private facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and in-room breakfast was available. The bar/lounge area served Special diet menus, perfect for my dietary needs.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the restaurant closed early, and the lunch menu was limited. However, there were still plenty of nearby restaurant options available.

We were able to spend New Year's Eve with our loved ones in a decent place. The free champagne served during the party was delicious and the music was great. The hotel's location near the event we attended was very convenient, and the view from our room was stunning.
