Exceptional views from the rooms, Direct passage to The O2 arena, Spacious rooms with nice design

The air conditioning wasn't effective, leading to a stuffy atmosphere!!! Soundproofing issues allowed disturbances from neighboring rooms!!! Parking availability was inadequate and overcharged!!! Room service delivery was slow!!!

Stunning views of the Thames from my suite and friendly staff who made us feel welcome! The breakfast spread was top-notch, with endless options.

Check-in was chaotic with long queues, which ruined the initial experience for us and made it frustrating!

The Sky Bar provided a stunning view of the Thames, perfect for an evening unwind after a busy day!

While the room amenities were nice, the slow service at the spa was a letdown as I waited quite a while for my treatment to begin.

Spacious room, fantastic location, with a beautiful view of the Thames and just a quick 5-minute walk to North Greenwich, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

I enjoyed my stay. The views from my room were great. The spa treatment was relaxing. I had afternoon tea, but the staff seemed a bit slow to attend to me, which was frustrating. The Sky Bar was a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I appreciated being close to an event I attended. As a single traveler who loves art, I found this place worthwhile.

Had an awesome group trip here! The location is perfect for catching a concert at the O2, and we loved visiting nearby venues like the Greenwich Observatory and the Thames Barrier. Make sure to check out the bars with killer views! Don't miss the breakfast. it's a must.

Had a rough experience at the bar after the concert. The staff was rude, which was a let-down from the usual quality expected here. Wish we had better service overall.

I stayed here for a concert and it was awesome to get a room with a river view. The staff was super friendly and gave me a complimentary drink at check-in which was a nice surprise.

It wasn’t inexpensive but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

I arrived at the hotel and took advantage of a shuttle service from the underground station, which was a nice touch. I stored my bags while I explored the area before check-in. The bars had views over the city that were impressive. After attending an event at the Arena, I appreciated being back in my room within a short time. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

So, after wandering aimlessly around this place for ages trying to find the entrance, we finally found it. We got a room upgrade to a Deluxe Room with Twin Beds and wow, the views were stunning. They even hooked us up with a delicious mango tart, can you believe that? And the bed? Comfy enough to sleep through a thunderstorm! It was a solid place for our getaway.

It wasn’t cheap, but I’d say it was still worth it for the experience we had.
