I recently stayed at Ivanhoe in Inverness for the second time and it truly feels like a home from home. The rooms are cozy and well-presented, and I love the big mug that comes with the tea set. The breakfast options are amazing, especially the selection of berries. The location is perfect, offering easy access to both the town and the Highlands. Janette is a fantastic host and the Scottish hospitality is top-notch. I can't wait to come back again!

Great value for money with a small but comfortable and well-equipped room. Free treats, a fridge, and a microwave were a nice touch. The location was quiet with convenient on-street parking. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

janette's breakfast was fantastic, plenty of options to choose from. the room was comfortable and always kept clean. loved the location, close to town and an easy walk to restaurants along the river. highly recommend and will definitely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities, including a water cooler, fridge, and microwave in our room. The parking on the road outside was also very convenient. The location in a lovely part of town made it easy for us to take a pleasant walk to the city centre, passing by the river. The breakfast options were vast and delicious, with both continental and hot breakfast choices available. The staff, especially Janette, were welcoming and provided great hospitality. this hotel offered great value for money and had everything we needed.

We were pleasantly surprised to stumble across the Ivanhoe Guest House during our trip. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful directions and information about the best attractions in the area. Sandy, the father-in-law, suggested a day trip to the West coast, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay. The scenery was breathtaking, with majestic mountains, serene lochs, and even red deer running by the roadside. The breakfast at Ivanhoe was superb, with a wide variety of choices and a delicious Scottish breakfast option. The location was perfect, just a short and scenic walk along the river bank to the town center. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We were so glad we found the Ivanhoe and will definitely be returning, perhaps to embark on the recommended trip to the Isle of Skye. We give this guest house a 100% rating for its service and hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is located on a nice quiet street, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We were also pleased to find parking available, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
