The room was nicely decorated with comfy bed and pillows. The staff was friendly and professional, providing great service. The breakfast was delicious, with a full English cooked to perfection. We also appreciated the extra amenities in the room, such as tea/coffee supplies. The location was ideal for exploring the village.

The noise from outside could be bothersome at times.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, lovely bar and great food with gluten-free options. Plenty of wardrobe space, large and newly refurbished room with comfy bed. Generous portions for breakfast with fresh orange juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Delicious soup for late lunch and good, nicely cooked evening meal. Dog-friendly with treats and bowls provided. Charming rooms with period features, excellent breakfast. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, and spring water in the room.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a large bed and all the necessary amenities. The service from the staff was exceptional, making me feel welcome and attended to. The breakfast served was tasty and satisfying. it was a pleasant stay with many advantages, including the central location and excellent restaurant.

The noise from the nearby street, especially at night, which occasionally disturbed my sleep.

The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with beautiful pictures and comfortable red leather chairs. the dinner I had at the hotel was delicious, especially the pulled lamb spiced couscous with apricot. the breakfast was also good, and they served excellent coffee. Another advantage was the ample parking available at the rear of the hotel. the hotel is also conveniently located near a one-way system, making it easy to explore the village.

It would have been nice to have a buffet table with a variety of cereals and fruits to choose from. I would have appreciated the option of having porridge.

We had a lovely romantic escape, with a modern room offering free bottled water and tea/coffee facilities. the restaurant had a great menu and exceptional breakfast options. the friendly staff were very accommodating to our parking needs.

The limited parking spaces meant we had difficulty securing a spot. the room was not as soundproof as we would have liked, with noise coming from the kitchen and extractor fans.

Had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel. The rooms were superb - clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The highlight of our stay was the Sunday lunch. We opted for the roast pork with a selection of fresh vegetables and it was outstanding. The portion size was generous and the flavors were exquisite. We also enjoyed the delicious sticky toffee pudding and the real ale was a delightful bonus. The staff and surroundings were lovely, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay with excellent food and friendly service.
