The location of the hotel is perfect, being really close to the town centre. You can easily access everything you'd want to do or see in Whitby. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern decor and lovely furnishings. The bathroom was also clean and had nice touches, like exposed pipes and a rain shower head. The breakfast provided was of high quality and served with great customer service.

The walls between bedrooms were very thin and allowed for noise transfer, which can be quite bothersome especially during late hours.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a TV with Netflix signed in and plenty of plug sockets. The location was great, close to the town centre and with beautiful views of the Abbey. The staff were polite and helpful, with the owner personally checking in to make sure everything was good.

The hotel location was good, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, and the decor was quirky and unusual, which added to the charm. the shower was powerful and the wifi worked well. Plus, the peppermint tea was a nice touch.

Our room was tiny and claustrophobic, with no chair and a view of a brick wall. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and despite being advertised as an economy room, the price was quite high compared to other options.
