Our recent stay at The Black Bull Inn and Hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere. The pub itself had a relaxed vibe, and it was a bonus that they allowed dogs. Our room was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food, especially the jam roly poly, was delicious, and the Wi-Fi worked great. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. a memorable experience.

We had a fantastic time at The Black Bull, enjoying the lovely location and the delicious locally brewed beers. The food was top-notch, especially the tender roast beef and crispy Yorkshire pudding. The full English breakfast was a delight, with plenty of options and a satisfying portion size. We also appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of Coniston. The location was perfect, with easy access to Coniston lake and beautiful walks through the old copper mines up to the iconic Old Man mountain. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the light and airy breakfast room, where we enjoyed a delicious and substantial full English breakfast every morning. The hotel also catered to our dietary requirements and even allowed us to have additional guests join us for breakfast one morning. the hotel offered a fantastic experience in terms of its location, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

My experience at the hotel during Christmas was overall positive. the hotel offered a warm and friendly atmosphere, which created a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff were excellent, providing exceptional service and making us feel welcomed. the location of the hotel was also ideal, being in close proximity to various attractions and amenities. the food at the hotel was of great quality and reasonably priced, making dining a delightful experience.

I booked this last minute for a much-needed rest after climbing Helvellyn. The room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness, beautiful view of the mountains, and soothing stream nearby. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The location is lovely, with plenty of shops nearby and close proximity to the Old Man for climbers. The breakfast was delicious, though limited for vegetarians. an absolutely lovely stay.
