We hit up the cool pub for killer meals, vibes were lit. the rooms were rad and being attached to the pub was mega convenient for partying!

We wished the hotel had more fun activities for party animals like us, like a chill-out zone with music or a dance floor.

Recently stayed at a lovely family-run hotel in a charming village. The warm and cosy pub atmosphere made me feel right at home. The rooms were nice and cosy, providing a comfortable and quiet stay. The lunch and breakfast served were absolutely delicious, leaving me feeling satisfied. The setting of the hotel in the village was beautiful, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The outdoor seated area, with handcrafted blankets and cushions, was a lovely touch. The staff, including Becky and Toby, provided great service with a friendly chat. The bonus quiz night was a fun addition to my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit.

The shower water pressure was quite low in my room, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the thermostat of the electric wall heater next to the bed clicked on and off, disturbing my sleep.

Just stayed by the smoking area with a lovely new bathroom. Breakfast prices were reasonable. Really LOVED the outdoor dining space. Would definitely choose this place again. Photos don't do it justice! .

My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the pub had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. the accommodation was well-designed and comfortable, with a lovely outdoor dining area right by the smoking area, ideal for enjoying a meal or a drink. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. the attention to detail and personal touches truly made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

If I had to mention a couple of minor areas for improvement, I would say that the shower pressure could be better in some rooms. this did not greatly affect my overall experience.

Loved the hiking and cycling in the area, kept me fit. The pub atmosphere was so homely, felt like I was in my own living room. Continental breakfast was a nice touch, why bother with a full English?

Who needs good access to the M11 motorway? Sitting in traffic is my idea of a good time.
