We arrived at the hotel late at night and were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist. She was so helpful and understanding when we mentioned the wasp situation, immediately arranging a room change and ensuring our belongings were safely transferred. The manager was also very accommodating, personally attending to our needs and packing our suitcases. Despite the unfortunate incident, the staff's prompt and efficient response left a positive impression. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and willingness to go above and beyond for their guests.

I recently stayed at Jonas, a great budget hotel for a short business trip. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The cafe/bar offered complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was much nicer than other big chain budget hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Great value for money!
