The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful in organizing anything I wanted during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping, as it was close to Harvey Nichols and Harrods. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable room that had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near transportation, making it easy to explore this city.

Loved the access to the Peak Health Club at the Carlton Tower, because who doesn't want a sauna and spa? The outdoor terrace served a special menu on summer evenings, perfect for some posh dining.

The compact and discreet building was a bit too understated for my taste, I couldn't find it at first!

jumeirah was a delightful surprise in knightsbridge. the beds were comfy, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was attentive. loved the lap pool and jacuzzi at the partner hotel. the neighborhood was charming and great for shopping and sightseeing. can't wait to come back.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and other facilities at the neighboring Jumeirah Carlton. The doorman was exceptionally friendly and a highlight of our stay.
