The staff were so welcoming and friendly (I'm talking smiles everywhere! ). Breakfast had tons of options, including gluten-free—perfect start to the day! The hotel location was just steps from the beach and the lively lanes of Brighton!

Location perfect near the beach. breakfast was excellent.

the lifts were broken during my stay, causing me to hike up 6 flights of stairs with my baggage—fun exercise, right? the pool was too cold, and the staff did nothing to rectify my discomfort. Honestly, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for the trouble. yet here I am, barely able to recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic, right by the marina, and I loved the spacious breakfast area despite it being a bit chilly. The pool and gym were clean, and the staff was accommodating during my stay.

Unfortunately, the sauna was smaller than expected and crowded, while the steam room was out of service. The room keys malfunctioned and led to some frustrating moments, hindering the overall experience.

the staff were friendly, especially to my daughter. breakfast food was lukewarm again.

Spacious room, friendly staff, enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a beautiful view of the beach just steps away, and the convenience of being within a short 15-minute walk to the train station made exploring the area effortless.

i had a great stay at the leonardo royal hotel brighton waterfront. my superior king room was spacious and spotless. the location is perfect, just steps away from the main shopping streets. the breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including healthy options, in a relaxing atmosphere. the bar staff were polite and did a great job during busy times. the indoor swimming pool is definitely a bonus, especially if it rains!

While the location is spectacular, the experience is mixed. Some rooms are lovely and quiet, while others present issues like unreliable hot water and indifferent staff. Breakfast boasts great options, but service can be frustrating if you seek prompt assistance. Plus, if you're looking for a fantastic pool, you might want to temper expectations.

Had a great time with friends visiting the pier and exploring the South Downs National Park. The location is fantastic, right by the seafront and close to attractions. Our family room was spacious and very clean, with a huge bed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and quick to help, making our stay enjoyable.

stayed at this so-called 'luxury' hotel but was met with wobbly steps leading to the pool—absolutely shocking! I also noticed the bathroom door looked like it had been chewed—classy, right? I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade, but clearly, accommodating my comfort isn’t a priority here. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

the shower base was creaky and felt cheap,, but the breakfast had a great variety and was mostly hot. also, we got upgraded to a sea view room, which was a pleasant surprise! great location near the beach! 🌊😊

We really enjoyed our family room, which was spacious, clean, and had a nice selection of coffees and teas. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for some relaxing downtime after a day out. It would’ve been nice to have more vegan options at breakfast, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

This place suits me perfectly, offering a great bar/lounge, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. Staff once printed important documents for me, making my stay easier. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast. I’ll be back for Easter!

The location was fab, just a stone's throw from the sea! The family room was massive—perfect for our little clan of chaos. We loved having quick access to shops and restaurants around the hotel!

However, our shower decided to play fountain and leak on us—surprise! Just what I needed for a luxurious splash day!
