The staff were friendly and dealt with our room change promptly. The location was fantastic, close to the city center and event venue. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. Transportation was convenient, with the train station nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a great decision. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. Here, you can easily explore the pedestrian area by foot as it is within walking distance. What impressed me most was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Amy and Rossella on reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay more delightful. The room was equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries and an electric kettle. The room service is 24-hour and the restaurant serves buffet breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were very friendly and provided great service, making it an unforgettable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The best part was being able to park at the hotel car park, which made our trip so much more convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the amenities provided, like the ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. They even gave us a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay enjoyable.

Although our stay was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. One small inconvenience was that there was no lounge area to relax in until 16:30, which would have been nice to have.

The cooked breakfast was the freshest I've had in a long time. The interior job on the entrance, dining area, and hallways was a bright and cheerful improvement. The comfortable bed and spacious room made it easy to move around without any obstacles. The hotel's convenient location and great car park were major bonuses for us as young families.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location, just steps away from the stadium and in a very pleasant area close to the national express bus stop at Castle. We were able to reach the centre of the city in no time, yet still away from the bars. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view of the city skyline. We were pleased with the service and the breakfast had a big selection of food and drinks.

The air-conditioner was not very stable and sometimes it sent air, and sometimes it just stopped.

The hotel rooms appeared slightly dated, with noticeable stains on the curtains and floor. While the stains were off-putting, they did not affect our overall stay.

Great location for exploring the city, within walking distance of attractions like the castle and St Davids Hall. Room service and breakfast were excellent. Friendly staff and thoughtful welcome note with Welsh cakes.

The noise level from the street was very disruptive, despite the secondary double glazing. the bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
