I had a very comfortable stay at the Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham. The lounge and bar were cozy, perfect for relaxing, and the pool was just the right temperature. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. My room was clean and the bed provided one of the best night's sleep I've ever had. The entire hotel was well-maintained and I can confidently say that I would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were polite and very friendly, always willing to help and even serving coffees in the morning. The room was well replenished and tidy, with an array of amenities including an ironing facilities, a hair dryer, a television, and a comfortable bed. The dining options were great, with a delicious buffet breakfast offering a wide selection of food. The hotel also had a lovely leisure spa & wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room, perfect for relaxation.

We highly recommend this place to everyone for its enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had a comfortable stay at Jurys Inn and would definitely consider staying again. The bed and pillows were incredibly cozy, and I quickly fell into a deep sleep. The gym and jacuzzi were a great addition to my trip, and I enjoyed using them with my friends. The shower gel and shampoo provided by Jurys Inn added an exciting touch to my showers, leaving me feeling refreshed and energized.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the hotel didn't serve my preferred coffee, a Flat White.

Uncomfortable beds, pillows.

I was initially placed in a room without air conditioning, but the staff, particularly Anton, quickly accommodated my request and moved me to a room with air conditioning for the rest of my stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I also enjoyed the large dinner menu with plenty of options, especially the delicious burgers. The hotel's convenient location and ample parking were a plus as well. I would recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the comfortable family room that easily accommodated our teenage child. the room had a full-size additional bed, giving us plenty of space. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. the reception staff provided clear instructions on how to catch a bus into the city center. we very much enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, which were well-maintained and not crowded.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the lack of air conditioning in some rooms was a significant drawback.
