The bathrooms seem neglected with grime and mold, and the slow service in the bar often leads to long waits!!! Internet connectivity could be more reliable too!!! Could improve room maintenance and ensure cleanliness standards across the board!!!

the facilities at leonardo hotel were fantastic and the location right off the motorway made it super convenient. the gym had everything needed for a good workout. The wave pool nearby is a must-visit. the staff were very welcoming, especially the manager who really stood out.

The complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely touch. Enjoyed excellent pool facilities, although don’t forget to book for a quieter experience. The extra amenities, like ear plugs, were crucial for a restful night.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Inverness Museum & Gallery and went dolphin watching at Chanonry Point, which was a blast. Rooms were nice, and there’s a decent breakfast. It’s a bit away from the city center, but taxis are easy to get.

Had a disappointing experience with a cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel. It was nothing like what was advertised—definitely not worth the £11.50. I recommend skipping meals at the hotel if you can.

The room was super comfy with a massive bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plenty of ambient lighting and the en-suite had a bath option, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the hygiene and cleanliness were poor the shower had a bad smell and wasn't cleaned before we arrived the reception lady was friendly and welcoming the gym had free weights and machines the breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices 🥐😃

Additionally, the setup for hot food was cramped, causing some items to get mixed together. It would greatly benefit from separating meat and vegetarian dishes for a better experience.
