Comfortable, spacious rooms with attentive staff.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some issues. The bath was a bit small, and the bathroom lacked adequate lighting, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, I encountered a problem with the TV not working properly, and the room was disturbed by a cleaner who tried to enter before checkout time. These issues made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our occasion special, leaving us a bottle of prosecco and a note to make our stay memorable.

The check-in process was terribly delayed, culminating in confusion about room availability, leading to potential overcrowding issues.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities!

Enjoyed two restful nights in a spacious family room. The air conditioning was a lifesaver! The breakfast had a decent selection, though it got a bit crowded. Tip, arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush. Perfect location by the river, just a short stroll to downtown.

the bath was so small, i felt like a sardine. the mould on the grout was quite the charming addition too. also, given my exquisite taste, one would think a complimentary welcome gift for such a fine guest would be automatic. i almost thought about giving this hotel a good review, but I just couldn’t!

The hotel is perfectly located—only a short stroll to the city center and train station! ! The staff was incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze.

My stay was marred by subpar cleanliness. The bathroom needed attention, and I noticed a lack of heating during the night, making it uncomfortable.

We loved the location—just a short walk to Trinity Leeds and the Royal Armouries Museum. The room was spacious and the staff were super friendly. Overall, a fantastic spot for a group getaway. Just a heads up, ask for extra bedding before you arrive to avoid hassle.

But the floors clearly played hide-and-seek with the vacuum, and good luck trying to open the room door—might as well have been a secret vault!

The Executive King Room was spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the room's air conditioning on a warm day.

the staff at jurys inn were welcoming and accommodating 😊. the rooms were clean with plenty of pillows and towels. breakfast options were great, especially making your own waffles! it’s conveniently located near shops and bars.

It was a nice touch that the hotel allowed early check-in without extra charges. The location was a bonus, just a quick walk from the city center. However, the bathroom could use some updates and better toiletries to match the overall experience.
