The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide any additional items we needed. the location was perfect for exploring the city center and we were able to easily walk to many attractions. the beds were incredibly comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep.

We experienced some issues with cleanliness, as our bathroom was not properly cleaned and we found a spot of blood on the toilet seat. there were problems with the electricity in our room during our second night, leaving us without any lights until we checked out.

We were impressed with the location of the hotel, being close to the city center and next to the river. The staff were very accommodating and stored our luggage for us. The room had a comfortable bed with a good choice of pillows. The shower had good pressure and the heating in the room worked well.

We enjoyed our stay in this venue, located in a nice area near the canal. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to accommodate my cousin in a wheelchair. The room amenities were great including a coffee machine, free toiletries, and a sitting area. The restaurant served a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options that were perfectly cooked.
