The distance to the station was great. Bar staff were excellent and helped with room service collections. Plenty of space in the double room. Comfy bed. Gym was great. Nice gym and spa. Clean, modern, and pleasant room. Big and fluffy towels. Amazing service from friendly and polite staff. Geoff gave me a gluten-free brownie, a personal and thoughtful gesture.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was comfortable and I felt like I got good value for my money. The location was perfect, right in the center but still nice and quiet. The staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly from the moment I checked in. Plus, they had great recommendations for places to visit.

The atmosphere and decoration were exceptional. The beds were very clean, fresh & comfortable. We slept well and felt refreshed in the morning after using the pool and sauna facilities. The superb choices at the buffet breakfast, including a Full English breakfast and continental options, were a great start to the day.

The high price of food and drink at the hotel.

The hotel offered excellent value for money, with comfortable beds and a good wifi connection. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable. we were given complementary vouchers for a dessert, which was a nice touch. the central location was also a major plus, being just a short walk from the shopping centre and train station.

The hotel did have some negative aspects. the bathroom sink appeared to have hairline cracks which caused water to leak onto the floor.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, and friendly. Upgraded to an executive room for our baby. Fraser, Reece, and Kate went above and beyond. Great city center location. Pool, steam room, and sauna were a bonus. Enjoyable bar and restaurant. Excellent food and service. Impressive breakfast. Memorable experience for our son.

The breakfast at Leonardo Hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the breakfast area were also friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city center. Additionally, the lobby of the hotel had a fantastic scent that added to the overall pleasant experience. I would recommend staying at Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough for its great breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offered convenient parking and was located close to the Riverside stadium.

The location was superb, as it was right in the heart of the city center. We were within easy walking distance of all the attractions and amenities. The staff members were incredibly helpful, especially the lovely receptionist who warmly welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips about the local area and places to eat. The room itself was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast at the dining restaurant, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

The variety of coffees and teas provided in the room was a nice touch, and the delicious food in the restaurant, with the option of room service, was a great convenience. The hotel's pool, fitness suite, and spa added an extra level of relaxation to our stay.

I've stayed at Jurys Inn many times and it always offers great value for money with comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the bus and train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my Christmas gathering with family even more enjoyable.
