The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with simple yet well-equipped rooms and a great view. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the town, Baltic Museum, and Millennium Bridge. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, especially the waiting and bar staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a greater variety of fresh fruit and a choice of different coffees.

As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were large and comfortable. The pillows provided excellent support for a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. Additionally, there were plenty of fantastic eateries and high-quality bars in the surrounding area.

We loved staying at this hotel that is located right on the river in a very quiet area. From here we could easily reach Newcastle city center by crossing the Millennium Bridge. The terrace had amazing views of the river and buildings under development downriver. The staff, especially Tracie the receptionist, were very polite and helpful and communicated with us professionally, offering great service. The rooms were sparkling clean and had great amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries.

We would recommend this hotel to friends without any hesitation.

We had a great two-day stay at this hotel after our cycling trip. The location was perfect, being close to bars and restaurants across the river. The reception staff were very helpful and provided secure cycle storage for us. Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the river. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the restaurant staff were accommodating. it was a convenient and pleasant stay with everything we needed.

The hotel is conveniently situated near a bustling city with plenty of opportunities for entertainment. the Sky HD with every channel option was a bonus, and the tea/coffee and biscuit service was appreciated.

Sadly, the hotel's staff ruined the entire experience. the privacy invasion we experienced upon waking up to a stranger in our room was unnerving and unacceptable.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Newcastle. The location was exceptional, with the hotel being super close to the Baltic centre and the roundabout. It was perfect for exploring the city and I even heard that next year's festival will be held nearby. The room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the variety of options available. it was a great experience.

One small downside was that the cleaning staff didn't come until very late and didn't fully replenish the room's supplies.
