We recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a few nights and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and amenities. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, complete with a good quality hairdryer and iron. Despite facing the road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent and the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the Wyvern Theatre, cinema, and various dining options. Parking was also convenient.

I recently stayed at Jurys Inn for a work trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was immaculate and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room to relax. The hotel's location near the train station and my work destination was a major plus. Additionally, the food at the hotel was excellent, especially the value for money breakfast. The management and staff should be commended for their outstanding service. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the near future.

This place is in a perfect location, right in the center and in the beautiful Old Town. The hotel offers great amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. The staff here are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also has a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, making it convenient for guests to have a delicious meal or a relaxing drink. Additionally, the hotel features a lovely garden area where guests can enjoy some leisure time.

Perfect location and great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Good bed, bathroom, and strong wifi. Breakfast prices a bit high, especially for children.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities like USB socket points, iron, hairdryer, towels, shower gel & shampoo. We really appreciated the extra touches like the coffee tray, box of tissues, and the staff even provided vegan options for us as vegetarians. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and constantly replenished. The bar offered great value for money drinks and the service was always accompanied by a friendly smile. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing with its subdued lighting, creating a perfect ambiance for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised by the complementary winter mulled wine and mince pies on arrival. the hotel is located in a central area close to many shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the town. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and comfortable bed.

The staff at the reception were not very friendly or engaging. the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.
