the motel's location in the town area was perfect for me, and the price was fair compared to other options. the motel rooms, though not spacious, were clean and comfortable. the owner/receptionist was incredibly friendly and even offered assistance with parking and public transportation. the area felt safe and there were convenient amenities nearby, like a nice bakery and a park for morning runs. it was a great value for budget travelers.

The location of this place was mind-blowing! It's in a super trendy area that I absolutely loved. The price was jaw-droppingly fair compared to other options. The rooms were cozy, not huge, but hey, I'm on a budget, so no complaints there. The owner/receptionist was a total gem, making sure my car was safely parked and even lending me an oyster card for public transportation. The on-site car park was a huge plus. The room was spotless and had all the modern amenities I needed, like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for my tea fix. And can we talk about the air conditioning? So refreshing! Plus, it's a non-smoking property, which is great for us non-smokers. a really awesome stay!

I had a great stay at a hotel near Stamford Hill with good transport links. The customer service was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was included and there were several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel we chose was a hidden gem. the cleanliness was impeccable, the staff attentive and the location ideal. We were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included and the variety of options was great. the complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus.

The room was quite small and the bathroom could have used more space. the noise level outside was a bit high at times and made it a bit difficult to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Avenue. the hotel is a cosy family-run establishment located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. the room was clean and the shower worked well. the staff were friendly, competent, and always available to assist. the area is well serviced by public transport, with all the facilities of the city just a few steps away. it was a very good experience.

the hotel was clean, although it looked a little tired. the room I stayed in was small but sufficient for our needs. the breakfast served at the hotel was good. Stoke Newington was just a 15-minute walk away, offering several restaurants and pubs where we could enjoy a meal after a long journey.

The comfort of the room and bathroom were exceptional. The chamber maid provided excellent service. The location was convenient and competitively priced. The staff were accommodating and understanding.
