karrawa guest house in kirkwall exceeded my expectations. the family room was clean and comfortable with modern bathroom. the breakfast was exceptional, especially the delicious homemade jam. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being close to the town centre with its many interesting attractions. The rooms are well-appointed with magnificent walk-in showers and comfortable beds. The breakfast is a delight, with options like porridge and homemade preserves.

It was conveniently situated near the Westray ferry terminal for our return journey, making it easy for us to catch our boat. it was a short distance from the renowned Highland Park distillery, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. The rooms were well-furnished, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, providing us with a cozy retreat after our day trips. The breakfasts were outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options made with quality local produce. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and dine in the area.

We found that the towels provided were a bit on the small side, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.

I had the best experience at a guest house ever! Karrawa Guest House was absolutely awesome. The hosts were so welcoming and provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The room was in excellent condition, with comfortable furniture and a pristine bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast in the beautiful dining room. Another great perk was the availability of free parking right in front of the house. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my requests and provide helpful advice. They even organized a taxi to pick me up from the ferry, which was a thoughtful touch. The location of the guest house, situated between the airport and the center of town, was perfect for exploring Kirkwall and the surrounding areas.

The rooms are spacious and fitted to an excellent standard, with a large closet and vanity table. The attention to detail is impressive, with sturdy wooden hangers and a mirror in the closet. The location is very convenient, with easy access to downtown, the airport, and major roads. It is close enough to central Kirkwall to be convenient, but not so close that it is noisy. The ample parking facilities and quiet atmosphere make it conducive to a restful sleep. The staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring that everything is up to an excellent standard.
