I enjoyed four nights at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze! While the room was cozy, the pool area was a nice retreat. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and I appreciated the attentive staff! Perfectly located near shops and the tube. A few quirks, but not enough to overshadow a pleasant stay!

i loved the holiday inn's excellent location, just a short walk to the tube. the staff were super friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the fabulous spa facilities too, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

We absolutely love the location! Just a short walk to the tube station makes it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions like the V&A museum and Hyde Park. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet included a delightful variety that our kids enjoyed, too!

The check-in process was a bit slow, which could be improved.

the pool, which is essentially why i booked, was closed. no one bothered to tell me until i arrived, how utterly disappointing! also, my room was a tiny twin instead of a double, and i was not even offered an upgrade, which i would have thought a basic courtesy. shameful service for such high prices!

We visited The Circus and had such a blast! It was exciting to catch a concert there, enjoying the atmosphere with my big family. The kids loved the variety of food choices in the hotel, and the staff was accommodating and friendly throughout our stay.
