i loved the holiday inn's excellent location, just a short walk to the tube. the staff were super friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the fabulous spa facilities too, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

only wish the room could have been a bit more spacious.

Conveniently located near tube stations, I enjoyed the variety at breakfast, and the warm swimming pool proved to be a fantastic way to unwind after busy days exploring.

My room was disappointingly small, making it hard to navigate. I also encountered frequent issues with the key card reader, which was frustrating during my stay.

Such a fab location! Just a hop from the tube and surrounded by delightful shops. My room was clean and spacious, but I might have looked more relaxed in the photos if the lights hadn’t been playing hide-and-seek.

The gym closed way too early—perhaps it was on a very strict schedule! Also, the laundry service had my clothes hostage, and I was starting to feel like a character in a dramatic play.

We absolutely love the location! Just a short walk to the tube station makes it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions like the V&A museum and Hyde Park. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet included a delightful variety that our kids enjoyed, too!

The check-in process was a bit slow, which could be improved.

We visited The Circus and had such a blast! It was exciting to catch a concert there, enjoying the atmosphere with my big family. The kids loved the variety of food choices in the hotel, and the staff was accommodating and friendly throughout our stay.

We faced a bit of a surprise when we checked in, as there was an unexpected charge for damages, which left us scratching our heads. It felt a bit off, considering we paid in advance for everything.
