The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The towels were changed daily. There was a kettle in the room for making tea.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a quick 5-minute walk from both Gloucester station and Earl Court station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the nearby museums and attractions. The hotel itself was in a good area, with plenty of amenities and eateries nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures in the shower room. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the room was warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us.

Although we had a great experience overall, there were a few minor issues. the staff changed our reservation without informing us and gave us a room without a window to the street, which was not what we had booked.

During my stay here, I loved the convenience of being just 5 minutes away from both underground stations. This place is in a great area that I felt very safe in and had many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and tea and coffee facilities.

We had a fantastic stay! The twin rooms were clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect for exploring the museums in South Kensington. The short walk to the tube station made transportation very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great food suggestions and recommendations for things to do in the area.

The AC unit in our room was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The location was great, close to the tube, cafes, and attractions. The lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated and modern. The bathroom had a gorgeous tiled shower and good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly lovely and made us feel well looked after.

We had an amazing weekend getaway! the breakfast was included and we were really happy with the variety of delicious options. the hotel was located in a fantastic area, close to restaurants and metro stations. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lobby and bar area.

That the windows didn't block out the street noise very well. It was a bit annoying during the night, but thankfully we brought our earplugs.
