The hotel's location was great, with a nice green and kids park just a 5-minute walk away. It was also conveniently close to the train station and the city center, making it an ideal choice for exploring the area. The rooms were small but perfectly functional, with very nice bedding and amenities like a TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was fresh, on time, and could be upgraded to a delicious full English breakfast.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.

I stayed at Kentmere for one night while catching the EuroTunnel. The host was extremely friendly, offering helpful information and assistance with parking. The rooms, although small, were clean and sufficient for my needs. I had a great night's sleep and wished I could have enjoyed the included breakfast. Kentmere is the perfect choice for a good night's sleep before a reasonable priced EuroTunnel crossing.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced, we booked a single room at Kentmere Guest House for an early Chunnel train. The room was small but had all the essentials, including coffee-making facilities, en-suite bathroom, and free wifi. The owner even provided breakfast to take away for our early departure. Although the bathroom was compact, it was clean and manageable. We had a comfortable night's sleep and found the bed to be cozy. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and reasonable prices.

Wonderful stay at the Kentmere

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in Folkestone. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owners, who made sure my children and I were well taken care of. The guest house itself was impeccably clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations for the price. I normally stay in big hotels for business, but this experience has truly changed my perspective. I much prefer the small, friendly environment and personal care provided by the owners.

I recently stayed at the charming Kentmere in Folkestone for a short getaway. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean and soft. The family room provided plenty of beds, and the bathroom offered a nice, warm shower. The location was ideal, being close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The hostess was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. it was a lovely stay with all the necessary amenities.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. Room was comfortable and had all the essentials you would need for a short stay. Location is very handy, close to both the bus and train station and town centre. Enjoyed the fact that it was easy walking distance to nearby attractions.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle as there is no dedicated parking. Other than that, there was nothing that I disliked about my stay here.

The location was very convenient, close to the bus and train station, as well as the town centre. the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in early and leave our luggage on our last day. Our room was comfortable and warm, perfect for our group of four. the continental breakfast included a nice selection of cereals, juice, fruit, yoghurt, and toast. we were really pleased with our experience at Kentmere Guest House.
