During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff. They made me feel right at home and were always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near the city center, making it easy for me to explore the shops, pubs, and restaurants. Another advantage I enjoyed was the included hot breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and gave me a great start to my day.

the parking at the hotel was quite limited, which made it a bit challenging to find a spot for my car. the shower pressure was quite low and the fan in the bathroom did not work, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The room was clean and had a bright and modern decor. I was impressed with the range of options available for breakfast, and the food was good. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my overall experience enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was central to the shops and a short walk to the lake, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the park in Keswick.

just stayed at keswick, staff went above & beyond! They packed a picnic breakfast for my race! Helped with hike maps for my twins. Great location with amazing views. Highly recommend Park!

Limited parking but plenty of free parking nearby. Quaint hotel, walking distance from town. Manager greeted us late at night, provided refreshments. Arrangements made for early breakfast. Clean room, well stocked with towels, toiletries. Polite, professional, helpful staff. Central location, beautiful morning view. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Would stay again.

The room we stayed in was quite hot and the window didn't open properly, leading to minimal airflow. the lack of washcloths and thin towels were a bit disappointing.

Central location and comfortable room with great views. During my recent stay at a hotel in Keswick, I was pleased with the central location and the comfort of my room. The views of Skiddaw and the surrounding Fells were breathtaking. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the small size of the room and the lack of a sofa and desk that I had specifically booked, overall, my stay was pleasant. The highlight of my experience was the delicious table served breakfast.

The room we stayed in had a stunning view and it was very spacious. the executive room had a very comfortable and big four-poster bed. the bathroom was delightful, with a super relaxing rain shower. the location was great because it was on the doorstep for everything. We enjoyed the breakfast which was served hot and tasty.

The hotel lacked atmosphere and didn't have any music playing, which made it very dull. the bathroom had a few problems such as the noisy fan and flashing mirror light, which made it difficult for us to use the bathroom comfortably.
