I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Xi'An. The staff were kind and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service at the front desk, spa, and cafeteria was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was always friendly and willing to assist me with anything I needed. the hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. , the delicious food and drinks offered by the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable.

I must admit that I was hoping to have an outdoor swimming pool during my stay, as the only one available was primarily aimed at sports enthusiasts. the lack of maintenance in certain areas of the hotel, such as the automatic lighting system in the bathroom, made the experience a little less enjoyable.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities and services offered here were exceptional. The spa and wellness center here was one of a kind. The indoor swimming pool was perfect and the steam room and spa lounge added to the sophistication of the place. The restaurant had a special diet menu, and the food was delicious. The location advantage was spot on. It is situated near a garden area where one can relax and spend some quality time.

The only negative point I found during my stay at this hotel was that the service could have been better. The staff at the reception desk didn't speak English fluently, which led to a minor issue during my stay.
