Amazing palace hotel, worth every penny. Unforgettable, soulful stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Great view of the lake. Convenient location, close to attractions and restaurants. During my stay at Hyatt Regency XI An, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious meals and breakfast offerings. The room exceeded our expectations, especially when we received an unexpected upgrade to a suite. The staff at the breakfast buffet were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful amenities and attentive staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Xi'An. The staff were kind and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and attractions, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service at the front desk, spa, and cafeteria was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

Located next to a magnificent lake surrounded by beautiful scenery, this hotel offers a serene and picturesque setting for a memorable stay. It is easy to catch a taxi and explore the historical sites of Xian. The rooms are well-decorated, and the bathrooms are equipped with automatic lighting systems. The service provided by the friendly staff is excellent. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a concierge, helpful receptionists, and knowledgeable assistant managers.

The hotel's long walk to the main entrance could be inconvenient for some guests.

During my Christmas holidays at this hotel, I was impressed by the excellent hospitality and the cozy rooms. the staff was always friendly and willing to assist me with anything I needed. the hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood, with easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. the delicious food and drinks offered by the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable.

the lack of maintenance in certain areas of the hotel, such as the automatic lighting system in the bathroom, made the experience a little less enjoyable. Despite these minor issues, overall, my stay at the hotel was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.
