Excellent location, close to tube station and Kew Gardens. Clean room, comfortable bed. Dyson air cooler was a bonus. Bathroom was spacious. Good breakfast menu and friendly staff.

The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the awesome location, just a short walk from Kew Gardens. The rooms were nicely decorated, creating a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms were brilliant. it made for a perfectly adequate and comfortable stay. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good choice of freshly cooked options.

I stayed at this charming boutique hotel for a few nights while visiting the area. The comfortable bed and excellent breakfast were a great way to start each day. I also loved the lovely Orla Kiely toiletries provided in the room. The location was very convenient, with Kew Gardens and The National Archives just a short walk away. The nearby Kew Gardens Station made it easy to explore the city using the District Line or London Overground. There were also pleasant restaurants and shops nearby, with Ma Cuisine Bistrot being a personal favorite. The pub on the first floor was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy delicious food.
