The rooms were spotless and spacious, and there were plenty of sun beds available all day long. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even remembered what I was drinking from my previous stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a night club for entertainment. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Room 411 offered a good size and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the magnificent view of the ocean. The hotel's quiet location was perfect, especially for surfers. Additionally, it was only a pleasant 10-minute walk to the town of El Medano, where we enjoyed a beautiful beach and plenty of great fish restaurants.

The pool area was well-maintained and the warm water was perfect for swimming. The entertainment provided by the animators, Fabio and Ciara, was brilliant and kept us entertained throughout the day. The New Year's Eve gala dinner was absolutely stunning and the staff put on an amazing night for us. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
