I stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location was great, ideally placed for everything on the West Cliff area. The service provided was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a cozy sitting area and a dining table. The hotel also had a lovely patio area where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the kitchenette in the room was fully equipped with cookware and utensils. The electric kettle and flat-screen TV were also great additions to the room. I was extremely satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided at this hotel.

The rooms are modern and stylish, with comfortable beds, clean bed linen, and toiletries provided. The breakfasts are delicious, with a good variation of choices including a hearty full English breakfast. The owners are friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice on local entertainment. Street parking is available with a free permit provided during your stay.

Some guests mentioned that their room was not cleaned and towels were not changed on the second day.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, the best full English breakfast I've ever had! It set us up perfectly for our day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

Parking was a bit of a challenge as the on-street parking was quite busy. Although we managed to find a space quickly, it may be difficult for guests with heavy bags.

Stayed in a lovely family room at the top with a great view of the Abbey. the room had a definite wow factor and was spacious with complimentary tea and coffee. the location was perfect for both the town and the beach. Easy check-in process with a code provided and a welcome pack with car parking instructions. Early check-in time available. a great stay with friendly hosts.

had a relaxing break in whitby, and Kimberley House exceeded my expectations. Great location, easy beach access, lovely hosts. Breakfast/lounge was bright and cozy, and the room was clean with a comfy bed. excellent value for money and the best B&B I've stayed at.

It was conveniently near to most areas anyone would need and had plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfasts were fantastic with plenty of choice and they even offered diet-friendly options. the atmosphere in the hotel was lovely and perfect for a solo traveler like myself. the single room I stayed in was very clean and had all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer and a TV. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to all the attractions of the area.

The mattress in my room was quite soft and didn't provide much support. the shower door had tape on it, which wasn't very appealing.

The breakfast was superb with lots of delicious choices. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. the location was excellent, just a short stroll from the beach and shops which made it very convenient.

The stairs were steep and tiring, especially if you are on the top floor. Some of the wooden beams in the loft rooms could be dangerous with potential head or ankle injuries, it would be better if they were boxed in.

had a lovely stay at a spotlessly clean and modern hotel in Whitby. The room was recently refurbished with great furnishings and a lovely shower room. Breakfast was amazing and the hosts were very friendly. Definitely recommend coming back!

Great view of the Abbey from the family room on top. Superb central location for easy access throughout the day. Small single room was clean and comfortable. Parking available for £5 for two days. Rachel was a lovely host.
