I recently stayed at a hotel in this charming village and had a great experience. the location was fantastic as it was right in the heart of the village and close to the train station. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure that our basic needs were met. The rooms, which had a double bed and two singles, were clean and tidy, with lovely soft fresh towels provided. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast. It was delicious and satisfying, offering a good variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at the King's Arms in Lostwithiel for a 3-night visit. The landlady who managed the pub and rooms was fantastic, providing recommendations for local pubs and restaurants that were perfect for our toddler's needs. She even gave us a travel cot at the last minute. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-ventilated, and we got the rooms next to each other as we had requested. Despite being near the pub, we couldn't hear any noise and had a great night's sleep in the comfy bed. A straightforward and enjoyable stay!

We had a great experience at the King'S Arms Bed & Breakfast. The location is fantastic, being really close to the train station. The staff were amazing and accommodated our request for an early check-in so I could get ready for a wedding. I would definitely recommend this place. The nearby cafe was also a pleasant surprise.

Expensive for 3 nights without breakfast, but fantastic breakfast. Nicely furnished room, but no cushions on bed for TV watching. Fabulous staff. No discount on drinks for residents. Pub is lovely and rear courtyard is great. Ideal location for visiting nearby villages and towns.

We stayed in a hotel on the high street of a beautiful village. The location was convenient and easy to reach from the station. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided friendly service. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The locals were friendly and informative, and the hotel provided facilities such as ironing upon request.

Friendly pub, helpful staff, comfortable bed, powerful shower, plenty of tea/coffee, useful fan.

We had a great stay at a charming bed & breakfast in Lostwithiel. The King's Arms offered lovely accommodations and friendly staff. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily visit nearby attractions like the Eden Project, Fowey, Looe, and Polperro. We also appreciated the convenience of having restaurants and the rail station within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. They even provided an iron upon request. a wonderful experience!

The rooms were very tidy and cozy, with great ventilation that allowed us to rest comfortably. We were impressed by the attention from the staff, who kindly gave us tips on where to find the best places to eat. , the location was perfect for our romantic trip, since it was only a few minutes away from the most charming spots in the city. The evening live music was a plus, which we enjoyed with a nice glass of wine.

Breakfast wasn't included in the reservation and the price was too expensive for what it offered. We opted for a cafe nearby and didn't regret it.
