As a frequent traveler and travel agent, I have stayed in hotels worldwide, and my recent stay at King Street Townhouse was absolutely perfect. The hotel's central location is ideal, with everything within a 10-minute walk. The high standards and stunning decor of the hotel impressed me, as did the impeccably clean rooms. The spa facilities, including the steam room, relaxation room, and infinity pool-turned-Jacuzzi, were a paradise for relaxation. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, particularly Dan and Aussie Mark, who provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and cannot wait to return.

Beautiful spacious rooms, perfect for special occasions with the infinity pool as a standout feature. Staff is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was surprisingly early. Impeccable attention to detail, amazing food, and incredibly comfortable beds. The central location is convenient yet tucked away. A truly exceptional stay with thoughtful touches, like strawberries and cookies upon arrival.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the Arndale Centre. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and the sauna and chill-out room are a nice touch. The room is beautiful with a lovely bath and a comfortable bed. The food at the hotel is excellent, especially the steak, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are outstanding, always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. we loved the luxury and service at this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Felt at ease, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was amazing, far better than expected. the bed was super comfy and the toiletries provided were of great quality. the staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful. They took care of our bags before and after check-in, which was a big plus.

It was always crowded and uncomfortable. the view was also not as advertised, with construction and scaffolding obstructing the sight.

Complimentary upgrade, birthday treat, spacious room, good location, lovely design, fantastic coffee.

I stayed at King Street Townhouse for an anniversary celebration. The staff went above and beyond with champagne, rose petals, and a delicious cake. The spa facilities were outstanding, and the staff pampered us throughout our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and stylish, with an amazing bathroom and high-quality toiletries. The pool on the 7th floor was a great place to relax, and the breakfast was high quality and tasty. The staff were the nicest I've encountered and made our stay unforgettable. I'll definitely be back next year.

Our stay at the boutique hotel in the center of the city was simply perfect. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning Master Suite. The room was beautifully decorated with top-quality amenities, including a free-standing bath and a rainfall shower. The hotel staff, especially Tom at reception, were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also loved the spectacular pool on the 7th floor and the cozy atmosphere of the bar and restaurant. Despite a few minor issues with the heating and TV, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely hotel. I highly recommend it.

Extremely clean hotel, spotless bedroom, fantastic steak in the restaurant, polite and courteous staff. Comfortable bed, fresh and clean-smelling room, quality toiletries, hot water, fantastic mini bar. Fresh milk, Nespresso machine. All fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in the city centre. The service was incredible, from the cleaners to the managers everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home.

Spent easter at this hotel and had a fantastic time! Loved the little touches like the complimentary chocolates and champagne. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. the infinity pool was a real highlight, especially the service, having drinks delivered right to you in the pool. Also loved the steam room, such a great way to relax.

The downside was the view from the pool, some scaffolding blocking the scenery. the lifts were out of order which meant a trek up five flights of stairs a few times a day.

The value for money was great, with a beautifully decorated and comfortable room. The hotel's location was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with a lack of vegan options stated on the menu.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of the city. It is in a good area, close to the city centre and easy to get to everywhere. The room was lovely and well-appointed, and the service was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing 5-star service. The breakfast was also delicious, and they even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne. The facilities, including the rooftop pool, were perfect.

Some guests were caught off guard by the service charges, such as the charge for drinks ordered to the pool. Clearer signs or statements about these charges would have been helpful.
