stayed here before in Brentford, but Kings Arms exceeded our expectations this time. Perfect location, easy to get to, comfortable room, friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again next time we're in the area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. They even upgraded me to a bigger room at no extra cost. The room itself had a quirky decor and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the shower was great. I also appreciated the convenience of having a cafe across the road for breakfast. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the train station with frequent service to London.

She helped me locate my lost bag and I'm forever grateful for her efforts. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and offers free parking. The food at the hotel was also fantastic. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor issues. The towel holder in the bathroom fell off and the towel ended up in the toilet.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Brentford for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station and within walking distance of Kew. One of the highlights was discovering the Waterman footpath along the Thames, which gave me a glimpse into the area's history. The on-site pub had a great atmosphere and served delicious food and drinks. I also appreciated the spacious room with two double beds, modern and clean bathroom, and the warm welcome from the friendly staff. it was a lovely stay with great facilities and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
