The staff was friendly and the owner was very helpful. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were comfortable. It's only a short walk from the beach and there are shops nearby. The breakfast was accommodating to special dietary needs, with gluten-free options available.

This hotel was an absolutely amazing stay. The cleanliness was top-notch, with lovely white bedding and soft towels provided. The hotel facilities were great, including a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and even an iron and ironing board. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the beach, town shopping, and all the attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

I stayed at Kingscliff for a long weekend to enjoy the Winter Gardens concerts, and it was perfect. The hotel was incredibly quiet, allowing me to relax and come and go as I pleased. My small double room had everything I needed, from tea and coffee facilities to a safe deposit box and ironing board. The owner was friendly and even took the time to make my 2-year-old feel welcome. The location was ideal, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The room was really cute and had all the things we needed. the bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies. the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and they even allowed us to store our luggage before heading home. the location was great, with easy access to the city center and all its attractions.

There was limited parking available and we weren't properly informed about it beforehand. there was some confusion with the breakfast arrangements, with one room not having breakfast included even though we all paid the same price.

The location was great, just a five-minute walk from the coach station and not far from the town centre. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, although rushed with a short time frame, was good and delicious.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a fantastic time. the accommodation was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-equipped mini bar. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach promenade. We loved being able to enjoy long walks along the coast and feel the sea breeze on our faces. the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the shower had a poor stream, which made it a bit difficult to fully rinse off.
