The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff, especially Amy at reception, were incredibly helpful. I appreciated the prompt assistance when my husband needed a handrail in the shower due to his stroke. The location was convenient, and the ongoing refurbishments were promising. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. The double shower and full bath were a nice touch. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was great, right on the seafront but away from the hustle and bustle of Clacton. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, right on the water front with a lovely seaside promenade. The service was exceptional, from the fast and friendly staff at breakfast and at the reception to the attentive and welcoming waitress in the dining restaurant. Our room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden view. The hotel also offers a range of facilities including a bar/lounge area and a snack bar, perfect for a quick bite or a refreshing drink. The beach access was great, and we even got to enjoy some live entertainment on the sun terrace. this place provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Would highly recommend this hotel to family.

We had an amazing time staying at this seaside hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with stunning views of the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed relaxing in the bar area and taking walks along the nearby beach. a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.

Although the hotel was lovely, the car park could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness.
