During my Xmas stay, I had a great breakfast menu with no limits on quantity. the owner was very warm and welcoming and showed a genuine interest in their guests. the location was perfect, situated on a quiet and leafy road, close to all facilities. the accommodation was newly renovated, clean, with fantastic hosting and a friendly welcome!

The only minor niggles were the scaffolding outside the window, which the owner apologised for, and the lack of an evening menu.
