I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views from my bedroom window. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service throughout my stay. The hotel has a lovely country inn atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The food was of top quality and reasonably priced, especially the delicious fish and chips. I also appreciated the fact that this place secured my bike overnight and had pet amenities available. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We've had the most wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location of this place is simply breathtaking, nestled in a quiet hamlet and surrounded by stunning countryside. We were able to secure our bikes undercover overnight, which was a great relief. The staff here were amazing, providing excellent service and even welcoming us with a refreshing drink. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with ironing facilities and a lovely sitting area. The hotel also had a terrace with garden furniture, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views. The cleanliness and quality of the room were impeccable, with comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room.

Enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding countryside from my room and the dining area. The food offered plenty of choice and was delicious. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and like we were important guests.

The outdated facilities let us down. The rooms were old-fashioned and had poor lighting.

Located in the stunning Lake District, Kirkstile Inn offers easy access to local walks and breathtaking views for walking, photography, and relaxation. The rooms are beautifully decorated with ensuite bathrooms and ultra-clean. The breakfast and evening meals are excellent, accompanied by friendly staff and good beers. The lounge and garden areas provide great views, and there is even an internet connection in the bar area.

The hotel lacks internet in the rooms and has poor TV reception on main channels.

As someone travelling by car, I appreciated the convenience of the Kirkstile Inn's location. The charming rural setting next to the village church and river was truly wonderful.
