We had a fantastic experience staying at this hostel! The staff at this place were absolutely amazing - they were helpful, flexible, friendly, and provided great customer service. It made our stay truly wonderful. The hostel had large extensive kitchen facilities and a spacious lounge for accommodating groups and visitors. We also loved the convenient location and the comfortable communal surroundings. The rooms were huge, warm, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt secure and enjoyed the lovely view from our room. It was also great to meet and interact with friendly tourists from all over the world during our stay here.

The rooms, although basic, are clean and even have a small flat screen television. The staff is efficient and helpful, providing a pleasant overall experience.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Kirkwall for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The friendly receptionist made check-in a breeze, even though I arrived late due to a delayed ferry. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The kitchen and lounge areas were clean and well-equipped, and the manager's friendly and helpful nature made my stay even more enjoyable. The double room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured four nights of great sleep. the hostel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent facilities and a kind and accommodating staff.

The hotel staff were brilliantly hospitable, even when we arrived at midnight off the ferry. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The place was sparkling clean, and the water in the showers was always hot. We were pleasantly surprised to find two twin beds in our room, each with two big pillows, which was a treat compared to other hostels where we usually have to make do with small, uncomfortable pillows. The hotel facilities were great, with lots of toilets available and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like providing umbrellas and buckets and spades for us to use.

We stayed at the hostel for 3 nights during our visit to Orkney. The twin beds in our humble yet adequate bedroom were a welcome change from bunk beds. The shared kitchen, dining area, and lounge were all modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed spending our evenings in the lounge. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and going out of their way to assist us with planning our excursions. The self-catering facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The entire hostel was very clean, and the beds were already made when we arrived.

The location of the hostel was great, being on the edge of town and within walking distance to the center. the staff was friendly and provided helpful information. I particularly enjoyed the good washing and drying facilities, which made my stay much more convenient.

The hostel had some drawbacks that made my experience less enjoyable. Another issue was the inconsistent hot water supply, as I often returned from a busy day to find no hot water for a shower.
