The soundproofing wasn't great, as I could hear people walking and talking outside my room. the pillows could use an upgrade as they were not as soft and comfortable as I would have liked.

The room was a good size and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and cookware. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even replaced a uncomfortable sofa bed mattress for us. we would definitely recommend this place for a longer stay in London.
